The event will be held in Conference Room 3, which is accessible via the main entrance to the Council building. The main entrance door will be open and signage to Conference Room 3 clearly displayed. There will also be staff on site greet the attendees.

Onsite parking is available at the Civic Forecourt Car Park; however, it is up to a maximum of 4 hour stay and, at times, there may be limited spaces available. Should this happen, there is a long stay Grosvenor Square (SO15 2BE) car park which is near the Council building where the event is going to be held.
