The draft housing strategy supports the delivery of our vision for a better Brighton & Hove for all.  It outlines proposed housing priorities for the next 5 years.

These will help us focus efforts to deliver accessible, affordable and high-quality homes for everyone in Brighton & Hove. They are:

1. Improve housing quality, safety and sustainability
2. Deliver the homes our city needs
3. Prevent homelessness and meet housing need
4. Support independence and improved health and wellbeing for all
5. Provide resident focused housing services
