    Why would a landlord want to evict a tenant who is observing the terms of the Agreement and paying rent promptly?
    Obviously not at all!
    The removal of s8 and s21 is a political attack on the PRS by left wingers and Shelter, a charity that has never housed or sheltered a single person.
    Bring back both and let us get rid of nuisance tenats who are denying a home to good tenants please.
